This section focuses on how we train and support franchise owners to operate PetWellClinic® using systems that, though simple to learn, have been tested and fine-tuned for more than 10 years.
Initial Training
- Online training for owners, vet assistants, and veterinarians
- One week of hands-on training at PetWellClinic® HQ in Knoxville, TN for you and your veterinarians
- Ongoing training resources for your team
Grand Opening Support
- Project management processes including site selection, construction, and marketing to help you open your PetWellClinic® in a timely manner
- Opening support calls to help you stay on track
- The PetWellClinic®team will visit your clinic prior to opening to make sure your Grand Opening goes as smoothly as possible
Ongoing Support & Resources
- Resource library with manuals, training tools, and marketing collateral
- Check-in calls with the operations team
- Minimum of one annual site visit to your clinic
- Technical support for proprietary software
